Unlock DIGIPASS

This page will generate an unlock code for DIGIPASS that has been locked.

Select the DIGIPASS to be unlocked. Click on one of the applications. Click on Unlock.

Enter Unlock Challenge

The Unlock Challenge code will be generated when the DIGIPASS is turned on again after it has been locked.

1. Enter the Unlock Challenge into the screen.
2. Click Generate.
3. The Unlock Response will be generated.
4. Enter the Unlock Response into the DIGIPASS to be unlocked.
5. Enter and confirm the new PIN into the DIGIPASS.
6. Click Finish.
